Extremely courteous drivers and cashiers. Had a large family with lots of luggage and the driver helped with all the luggage putting all the bags in the 2 cars we had. Also he had a great attitude he was a breath of fresh air especially in these times. Left early in the morning & returned late at night,lot was well lit,easy to find our vehicles. Everything was smooth 5 star review

My experience with Expresspark was excellent! From the first phone call making my reservation to the day I picked up my car upon return, the staff and drivers were friendly, efficient, and very professional. I felt very secure leaving my car on the lot and I was picked up and taken to my terminal in a matter of minutes. I would definitely park here again as it was very convenient and affordable. I would recommend Expresspark to anyone looking for a long term parking solution at the airport!

Easy dropoff, complicated pickup
Apr 29, 2019 by VictoriaDrop off was easy. We parked our car in the extended lot and was promptly picked up by our shuttle to head to the airport. The driver was very friendly and helpful. On the way home was a little bit of a different story. There had been storms that morning and flights had been delayed flying into PHL so a lot of flights were arriving at the same time. We had called for the shuttle after we had picked up our bags and was told that a lot of people were calling at the same time and that if we didn't get on the first shuttle, a second shuttle would be right behind it. We saw the first shuttle immediately fill up so we had already anticipated getting on the second shuttle but when the second shuttle pulled up it never stopped and just kept on driving. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to get to our car. The driver again was very friendly and helpful but we were just a little upset about how long we had been waiting after an already long day.
