Extremely courteous drivers and cashiers. Had a large family with lots of luggage and the driver helped with all the luggage putting all the bags in the 2 cars we had. Also he had a great attitude he was a breath of fresh air especially in these times. Left early in the morning & returned late at night,lot was well lit,easy to find our vehicles. Everything was smooth 5 star review

Very reliable service and on time. Sometimes, it's a little crowded in the van but it's a short ride and they take care of business. Definitely recommend.

Great experience
It was great. Soon as we parked there was a van ready to pick us up and take us right to the airport. The guy was great. He was very nice and professional.I'm going to use them again for sure.
My experience with Expresspark was excellent! From the first phone call making my reservation to the day I picked up my car upon return, the staff and drivers were friendly, efficient, and very professional. I felt very secure leaving my car on the lot and I was picked up and taken to my terminal in a matter of minutes. I would definitely park here again as it was very convenient and affordable. I would recommend Expresspark to anyone looking for a long term parking solution at the airport!

As usual, we were greeted by friendly staff in the check in/out booth and shuttle bus. The process is well choreographed and runs smoothly to get us to and from the airport. We have had good experiences at all lot locations.

I have used expresspark north for many years and have not once had an issue. They even saved a pair of glasses that I left on the van. Very courteous people and great rates. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Best deal in the area.
slow pick up
We have been parking here for years and have always had a great experience and no complaints. This time all went well until pick up when we waited almost 30 minutes for the van. Hopefully, this was a one-off.

Easy dropoff, complicated pickup
Drop off was easy. We parked our car in the extended lot and was promptly picked up by our shuttle to head to the airport. The driver was very friendly and helpful. On the way home was a little bit of a different story. There had been storms that morning and flights had been delayed flying into PHL so a lot of flights were arriving at the same time. We had called for the shuttle after we had picked up our bags and was told that a lot of people were calling at the same time and that if we didn't get on the first shuttle, a second shuttle would be right behind it. We saw the first shuttle immediately fill up so we had already anticipated getting on the second shuttle but when the second shuttle pulled up it never stopped and just kept on driving. We ended up waiting 45 minutes to get to our car. The driver again was very friendly and helpful but we were just a little upset about how long we had been waiting after an already long day.

However, one little problem yesterday.... the van was not clearly marked at pick up. Not sure if this was a new van, but not lettered yet?
It did cause a little confusion for all on board
It only had a sign in front windshield that said “North Lot”
No indication that it was Expresspark.

Best PHL Airport Parking!
Expresspark North Lot is the best PHL airport parking lot! Easy to get to, quick to/from the airport, fast pickup, and terrific drivers. A long time ago we had used other lots, but no more. Expresspark has been our only PHL parking lot for the past 5 years. Highly recommended!

Can’t beat Expresspark
I’ve been using Expresspark since 2001 when I was with the Philadelphia Eagles. They are efficient, safe, and economical. I’ve left my vehicle there for two weeks at a time and if you put a reservation in, it it actually cheaper for me than getting a cab/Uber/limo over a time period that long. Drop off and pick up at the terminal is a breeze with helpful, friendly drivers. If they’re good enough for the Eagles staff, why wouldn’t you use them?

This is our go-to parking lot for the airport. We always book in advance on-line. Check-in and out are fast and easy. The shuttles are clean; the drivers are courteous and professional. An excellent value with great service.

I use express park north every time I do park and fly at the airport. The staff is very friendly, the vans are clean and nice. The parking lot is easy to navigate. it is very convenient to use. My only request is more vehicles, since it can be about a 10-15 minute wait at the airport.

Used to use WallyPark but ExpressPark is just as easy and half the price! Lot personnel and drivers are awesome - friendly, courteous and one driver even stopped back to my car after they realized I had dropped my wallet on the bus. Our wait is usually about 10 minutes, but for the price, we'll use ExpressPark (North Lot) for all of our future trips. Parking is safe and secure, and well-lit at night - and the driver will wait until you get in your car if you're returning in the evening. The wait times these past couple of trips have been more on the order of 15-20 minute which is too long...but otherwise, a great service and great people.

They are my go to lot when flying out of Philadelphia. Staff and drivers are always friendly. A van is always waiting for me as soon as I park my car and the wait for pick-up from the terminal is very reasonable.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The service was excellent and the price was great! They were right there to pick us up when we arrived to the lot and right there to pick us up on our return. Was referred by their partner business. Made a reservation as suggested. Very easy to do online. Remember to take a printed copy of your reservation with you. We parked quickly and were met promptly by the van. On our return, the van met us almost immediately as we got to the curbside area. Great price and great service. Will definitely use again.
I use Express Park North all the time, and never have any complaints. This past experience was right up there with all the others. Drivers were professional and on time.

Everything was fine. Only problem was at pick-up I called and then went to zone 3 to wait. 10 minutes after call I saw a Expresspark North lot van go by and not stop. Cars were 4 lanes deep and maybe he didn't see me. Didn't get picked up for another 10 minutes.
Convenient
Expresspark North offers great service and friendly shuttles. They are conveniently located within minutes of the airport and can get you in and out of the area a lot faster then parking at the airport. You can’t beat their fees either.

Friendly, Reliable Parking Option!
It might sound silly to leave a raving review for a parking lot, but this one really is great. We live equal distance to EWR and PHL and usually Philly is cheaper. Every time I fly out of Philly, I park here. Very reasonable rates (we just parked Thursday thru Sunday for $30) and it's a quiet and secluded lot with lots of security.
What stands out though is the service. This place is a well oiled machine and tracks every party that comes in so that they're picked up by the shuttle right away. I've always had very nice drivers who you can tell are truly friendly and not just putting on a face.
I'll always park there here when I travel!

I have been using this lot exclusively for a few years. Service to the airport was really quick and friendly. Pick-up from the airport was a bit delayed this trip. Overall, I still recommend and plan to remain a customer.

Reliable lot, usually make advance reservation. Drivers and attendants always nice. Only complaint is that the vans are always way too hot, can’t open windows and pickup at terminal takes too long.

Good Choice
I have been using Expresspark for years now and have never had any problems. They are always right there with the van when you park and when you return they will drop you off at your car and if you need help with your luggage they will do that too. The Expresspark service was great! The driver was there when we arrived in our parking spot. He took us immediately to the airport. When we returned we picked up our luggage and called them right away. Once we reached Zone 3 the van was there to pick us up. The only thing that could have been better was the cashier could have been a little quicker when we were paying. We will definitely use this service in the future

I always park in your lot, will continue to do so and am already booked for my next reservation. However, if I am completely honest, I have to say that your airport pickup is slower than most. Also, on my last stay which ended Thursday night, somebody had slightly damaged the back of my car - not a biggie but annoying.
