Friendly Service by Philadelphia Airport
Recently used Smart Park for the first time after always using another place by the airport. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the other place. I really liked Smart Park because it was organized, clean, friendly, and less expensive than the place I previously had used.
Could't have been better
This was our first time using Smart Park. Chose it based on the recommendation of a relative. Check-in was very efficient; we got help loading our luggage on the van. Coming home was equally impressive. The driver even asked if we wanted him to put our bags in our car! I would definitely use this service again.

I was a bit disappointed when my car was not ready at the valet portico. My car was nearby so I moved it myself and while I thought maybe I would get a little break on the charge for valet, I was charged the full amount. A little hiccup for Smart Park valet.

As promissed
The parking experience at Smart park was exactly as promised! We found a spot in the lot, were picked up promptly by the shuttle attendant who helped us with our bags, were delivered to our terminal promptly, were picked up at the baggage claim promptly after calling for a shuttle, and we found our car just as we left it then checked out with a most pleasant employee. Very satisfied and would ecommend them and use them again!

Excellent Service
Convenient to the airport. Our shuttle was waiting at the empty parking spot. He loaded and unloaded our bags for us. Our driver was very courteous driver and had us to the airport in under 10 minutes. We will park here again.
Excellent Parking Spot
This parking lot continues to be an excellent place to park at PHL airport. The drivers and other staff are very friendly and deliver/pick you up very quickly. One reason I only gave 4 out 5 stars, on the website it says you offer free services, like jump start, flat tire, etc...yet when I needed to check my tire pressure upon return (my tire light was on), they couldn't find anyone or the air machine to do it. Don't offer services if you can't fulfill them, just saying.

Departure and arrival from our trip was at about 2 AM. Your staff at that time was amazingly friendly, kind, courteous and professional. I think Loyd was the name of our driver, and I do not know the name of the kind woman who greeted us in the booth. Both are awesome and I believe worth every penny you pay them. They made our experience parking near the airport very pleasant. Please thank them both for us. We will definitely be using your services again on our next trip! Thank you.

This is my second time using Smartpark and guess what?? I will use them again and again! The staff is great. The shuttle is always there within a few minutes of unpacking your car, my vehicle is safe and secure! Like my title states worryfree and the price is right! With the coupon you can print out plus some tax still under 10 dollars a day! So I am a customer for life!!

Best Airport Parking Service
Can't say enough good things about this company and the services they offer. I've parked with them a handful of times and it's always been a very positive experience with no hiccups. Their customer service is awesome and they are always quick to pick you up from the airport. The price is great and I know I don't have to worry about my vehicle when I leave it with them. I came back to a flat tire once (my doing, didn't see a nail I picked up before leaving it there) and they offered to help me fix it quickly for free without hesitation. You're even offered candy after you pay to leave, which is always a nice small touch after a long day of traveling 🙂

Highly recommend this parking facility. Felt safe at all times within gated area. At dropoff, van shuttle led me to a parking spot, driver was pleasant, & he immediately took me to airport. Likewise, return visit was equally commendable. Also, the parking spaces had enough room between vehicles and the entire lot was clean. Attendant at checkout was cheerful. Nice touch after a long day of flying.

Safe & Secure at Smart Park
We can go away knowing our car is safe & secure at Smart Park and when we return they are only a phone call away to pick us up. Drivers have always been friendly but most important a safe driver. Coupons on the web site are easy to use along with making a reservation. Smarties as you check out is a bonus.
Suggestion
Just a suggestion: I typically make a reservation when I fly and a portion is billed. When you return from the trip, you receive an invoice of the total less the prepay. Totally my fault...I just realized I need to keep the computer print out, NOT the actual receipt. Suggest adding the prepay to the receipt for expense report purposes.
Trip overseas
Very convenient to I95 and the airport. Very reasonable. The drivers were friendly and efficient getting us to our terminal and picked up when we were back. Would use again and recommend again.
First Class Service
The van is at your car before you turn off the ignition. The driver takes luggage out of your trunk and into the van. The new vans are easy in-and-out, clean and comfortable. You get a card with your named parking area. At the airpots the driver puts your luggage onto the sidewalk. Personnel are always friendly and helpful. Easy to get to from I-95. I've been parking here for about ten years.

Super convenient parking
Parking with Smart Park is very easy and convenient. The Valet service in particular is the best I've seen anywhere. They take care of parking your car and whisk you to the airport in record time by comfortable air conditioned vans. Upon return, all that is needed is a simple phone call to let them know you are there and again, and you are picked up almost immediately and them whisked back to your car. The valet service is a bit pricey but worth the experience. If cheaper is your thing, they have a great bonus parking discount feature that will certainly appeal to anyone. Attendants are kind and pleasant and very helpful. Pick up service is very prompt. The facility is safe, well lit and monitored 24/7. By far, Smart Park is the best airport parking in the Tri-State region. I highly recommend them.

Vacation Parking
Staff is friendly. Service is prompt, what more can you ask for. Oh yeah, their parking lots are elevated which came in hand several years ago when hurricane Floyd put many of the other parking lots under water.
